Our first Awards Dinner took place last night and at a sold-out event at the Cairndale Hotel a number of presentations took place.
First up to be recognised were the boys for the Club’s Youth Academy. The trophies were presented by Head of Youth Development, Andy Irving and the winners were:
Under 16’s Top goal scorer: Josh Kelly
Under 16’s Players Player of the Year: Joe Thomson
Under 16’s Coaches Player of the Year: Joe Thomson
Under 18’s Top goal scorer: Billy Gray

Coaches Player of the Year: Shay Meagher
Next up were the awards for the Reserve side presented by Dan Armstrong. And the winners were:

The overall winner of the Academy Player of the Year Award was Niall Rogerson
After the Academy awards were presented, it was the turn of the supporter’s clubs to present their trophies. And they went to:

The final presentations of the evening were made on behalf of the club.
Lee Connelly picked up an award for making 100 appearances while Josh Todd collected a trophy to mark his 150th appearance.
The top goal scorer prize went to Gavin Reilly.
Those attending the event were asked to choose their goal of the season, and from a selection of terrific strikes, the eventual winner was Craig McGuffie for his individual effort against Annan.
The final award of the night, the Players Player of the Season was won by Gavin Reilly.
