Morton Preview

We are back on the road this weekend as we head to Greenock to play Morton.  The two sides last met at Palmerston in September with Jim Duffy's side taking all three points with a narrow, two - one victory.

Manager Gary Naysmith shares his thoughts ahead of the game.

"I'm sure anyone who witnessed it will agree that last week's game against Falkirk was a cracker.

I admit the last ten minutes was a bit nervy and had me looking at my watch, but overall I thought it was an exceptional performance from the boys.  As a group we have watched the end of the game back as we're always looking for ways to improve. But for thirty-five minutes of the second half in particular, I have nothing but praise for the players.  Some of the one touch football was very good.

After a rare home game last week, we are back on our travels again, starting at Greenock this weekend.

I'm expecting a tight game. I don't think there is much between the teams in the Championship this season and it will come down to fine margins.  The only difference between us the last time, was a piece of brilliance from Jai Quitongo and two good saves from their goalkeeper.

The players are quiet rightly full of confidence at the moment and we know that if we perform to the standards that we've set for ourselves then we shouldn't fear anyone.

Squad wise we will be along similar lines to last weekend".

Kick off at Cappielow - 3pm
