Following Club Captain Chris Higgins` dismissal in the 1-1 draw at Morton for denying a goalscoring opportunity, the club lodged an appeal on his behalf against the decision. That appeal was heard this morning at Hampden Park. Unfortunately for ourselves and Chris the Appeals Panel upheld the original decision and the appeal therefore failed. Chris therefore will serve his one match suspension on Saturday, missing the visit of Falkirk.
