The under 19s were in CAS league action yesterday away at Bonnyrigg and it was a disappointing afternoon for the youngsters as they were on the wrong end of a five-nil scoreline.

Once again it was a very young team that took to the park and they found themselves two down at the interval.  The hosts went on to score three more after the break without reply.

Coach Eddie Warwick said “Unfortunately we just didn't show up and we were out worked and really struggled with their physicality. We were second best all over the pitch for the majority of the game.”

The side are looking for an improved performance when they play St Johnstone at Palmerston tomorrow night (Tuesday).
