We are excited to announce the return of Nicky Clark. 

The striker previously spent two years with us between 2011 -2013 before he left to join Rangers.  During his time at Dumfries he became a fans favourite when he scored 40 goals in 45 appearances during our Division Two winning season.

After leaving Queens and moving to Ibrox, the 34-year-old’s career has also seen him play at the top level for St Johnstone and Dundee United. Most recently he has been in Dingwall playing for Ross County. He secured his release on the last day of the transfer window to become a free agent.

Manager Peter Murphy said “We are delighted to have added Nicky to squad.  He comes with a wealth of experience and has a proven goalscoring record and we are comfortable he will complement the players that we already have at the club.  We have been light in that area for a while and after picking up more injuries at the weekend we are pleased to have been able to add someone of Nicky’s quality to help us in the run in.”
