Joining the squad today is 19 year old Alex Ferguson.

The midfielder, who turns 20 next month, arrives from St Johnstone on a season long loan, He signed for the Perth side as a youngster and signed a two year contract extension earlier this year taking him to 2025. Alex spent last season on loan at East Fife where he played 35 games in League Two, scoring 6 times. He also played twice for his parent club in this season's Viaplay Cup.

Manager Marvin Bartley said, "Alex is a highly rated player who is great on the ball. He is technically gifted and uses his speed to get past people so should fit in well with the way we want to play. His arrival gives us competition for places".
