In our second pre-season game, we emerged victorious at starks park with a 2-1 win over Raith Rovers. This was the first opportunity for fans to see Wullie’s newly assembled squad. After a competitive but scoreless first half, Ruari Paton struck from the penalty spot just after the break. The home side fought back and equalised through a Gullan penalty after the ball was handled.  Lee Connelly then grabbed the winner a minute later, slotting home from inside the box.

Queens made 8 changes in total, including the introduction of 4 academy products who all finished the game on the park.
