The club can confirm that midfielder Andy McCarthy has been released early from his contract today. Andy joined in the summer after leaving Partick Thistle but has been unable to secure regular first team football, making 4 starts and 5 substitute appearances in his time here. All of his starts were in Cup ties.

Andy is likely to be joining Peterhead and we wish him the best of luck in his future career.
