Christmas cheer will be making a return to the Queen of the South Arena this year as we hold our annual Festive Friends lunch.

The event which will take place on Friday 20th December will see 20 residents from Charnwood Lodge come along to join us for a tasty Christmas lunch and an afternoon of fun and entertainment.

It is the fourth year that Festive Friends has now been running with 36 Scottish clubs able to facilitate a special experience for the elderly in their communities in conjunction with the SPFL Trust.

Organiser of the event on behalf of Queens, Dan Armstrong said “We are excited to team up with the SPFL trust to deliver a crucial programme in the Calendar.  It’s important that we help our community enjoy this special time of year. I have been involved for a few years now and it’s always a special and memorable day for all concerned”.
