Ahead of our 2019 Hall of Fame Dinner next month we can now confirm that following a public vote, JOHN DEMPSTER will be the fifth person inducted into the Queen of the South Hall of Fame on the 23rd of March.

Fans were asked to cast their votes throughout January and with just over a third of the votes submitted John was a clear winner ahead of runner-up Andy Aitken and Alan Davidson in third.

He will be inducted along with Stephen Dobbie, Billy McLaren, Jackie Oakes and Jim McCormick at the sell out event being held at the Cairndale Hotel in Dumfries.

Congratulations to all five worthy winners.

For those lucky enough to have secured a ticket for the dinner, payment is due by Saturday the 23rd February.
