We are delighted to announce the arrival of Kyle Cameron.  The 21 year old defender joins us on loan for the rest of the season from English Premier League side, Newcastle United.

Announcing the signing, Queens boss Gary Naysmith said “ I am delighted that Kyle has agreed to join us.  He is a left sided defender who turned 21 on Monday, he is comfortable playing as a central defender in a back three or a back four and can also fill in as an emergency left back if required. At over 6ft 2” he gives us height and although only 21 has played for Scotland U17s, 19s and Under 21s. He has also experienced English league football whilst on loan at York City and Newport County and  will provide good competition for Darren Brownline and Callum Fordyce in the central defensive area of our team".

Kyle will go straight into the squad for our William Hill Scottish Cup tie against Partick Thistle on Saturday.
