As you may already know, local historian, author and Queens fan, Iain McCartney is producing an historical book for the clubs centenary in 2019. Iain wanted to give an update on the book to the fans.

Work is well up to date, with the text completed up to and including last season and the statistical section is also more or less complete, with only a handful of substitute appearances from the 1990's required to complete this. A few attendances from the pre-1925 are also required, but the chances of finding those seem a bit obscure at present.

It is now more or less down to the photographic content and I was wondering if anyone out there has any old photos of the team, individual players, match action or whatever than would perhaps be worth including. Odd items of memorabilia would also be of interest.

The book is planned for publication around this time next year. Further details regarding this will follow in due course.
