Queens face Forfar Athletic on Saturday in our league opener and by pure coincidence it will be three years in a row that we`ve met the Station Park side at Palmerston in the month of August.
Last season we beat them 3-0 in the Scottish Communities League Cup with Allan Johnston, Tom Brighton and Nicky Clark the men on target and the year previous, in the same competion, we triumphed 4-1 with Bob Harris, Willie McLaren, David Weatherston and Dan Carmichael netting.
So here`s hoping all goes well to give us a successful start to our league campaign.
