The big news today is that Queens have signed a new striker Sam Parkin. Formerly with St Johnstone he`s agreed terms to the end of the season. Gus MacPherson was delighted to get him on board and the manager himself stressed, "He`s a good addition and hopefully he`ll be eligible to play in the Scottish Cup. "He`s 6 feet 2 ins and he`ll be in the squad for the Morton game." During his spell at Swindon Town he scored 67 goals in 124 appearances.
