At the Queen of The South AGM in The Nith Hotel on Monday 20th February 2017. John McGee presented to all Shareholders an outlined draft proposal and process in respect to Queen of the South - The World of Sport.

It was estimated that a working document proposal would be prepared in June 2017. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances and due to the level of research and information that has been collated, the document took slightly longer to complete than originally anticipated. However in August 2017 a 39 page document was completed.

We take pleasure in sharing with you the supporting statements (pages 26 & 27) from organisations who support the work of process we have identified as we enter the next stage of our process.
