Having won a competitive race for his signature on transfer deadline day, we are delighted to have signed Connor Young.

The 22-year-old highly sought after forward has penned a two-year deal as he moves from Dunfermline Athletic for an undisclosed fee.

Connor started his career at Rangers and had spells at Clyde and Edinburgh City before signing for the Pars in February last year. During his time at East End Park, he went out on loan to play regular football with East Kilbride.

Manager, Nicky Clark said “It has been a hectic day trying to get this one done but we are delighted to have secured Connor on a longer-term deal. He is predominantly left footed and is comfortable on the ball. He is also tall and strong so that will give us a physical presence upfront and I’m sure he will work well with the players that we’ve already got in the squad.”
