Coach Eddie Warwick said “We are delighted with tonight’s performance, the boys were very good and the score-line isn’t a true reflection of the game. We passed up three or four chances and their keeper made a couple of good saves before they put us under a wee bit of pressure in the final five minutes. Overall it was a good result, good performance and a very well deserved win.”
The Under 17s also face Livingston in their league match at Palmerston on Friday night. Kick off 7.45 pm.
