The Youth Academy coaches have been working with the squads and advising them of the importance of proper recovery after matches. With that in mind they have teamed up with Joe’s Sport Supplements on Queensberry Street to provide the proper nourishment the boys need after matches. Under 19’s captain Taylor Davidson recently paid a visit to Joe’s.

A reminder that the team are back in action this evening when they take on Edinburgh City at Palmerston in the league. The match kicks off at 7.45pm. Entry is pay at the gate and costs £3 with under 16s free.
