We are delighted to announce the signing of Jack Stott, a highly rates young midfielder who arrives following a 14 year spell at Middlesbrough FC. 

A product of Middlesbrough's esteemed Academy, Jack joined the club at the age of 9 and steadily rose through the ranks. Known for his leadership qualities and technical ability in midfield, he captained the Boro u21's and has already gained valuable first team experience at National league level. Peter Murphy said:

" We are delighted to continue our relationship with the North East of England clubs in welcoming Jack to the club. We know how good the development is at these clubs where we have benefited with the likes of Isaiah Jones and, most recently, Jack Hannah. Jack comes in raring to go and show how good a player he can be which is only a positive for us. He comes into a midfield with plenty of competition in that area with Ben Johnstone now stepping up also. This leaves us in a really healthy position for the season ahead."

Jack added, " I'm delighted to join the group at Queen of the South. I know Jack Hannah well obviously and when the opportunity came up I spoke with him about it and he only had great things to say. I can't wait to get started and meet the rest of the lads."
