Stadium Announcer-

The Stadium Announcer is the official voice of the venue during live events, responsible for delivering clear, engaging, and timely announcements to inform and energize attendees, support match operations, and enhance the overall fan experience.

Supporters Liason Officer-

The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) acts as the central communication link between the club and its fans, ensuring supporters’ voices are heard while providing accurate information to help improve the matchday experience and strengthen supporter relations.

Disability Access Officer-

To ensure that the football club is accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to disabled supporters, staff, players, and visitors, in line with legal obligations, governing body regulations (including UEFA and national FA), and best practice standards.
