Announced as signed on 28 May 2015 after playing well against Queens for Cowdenbeath in the single season just ended he spent with the Fifers. Signed by James Fowler as goalkeeping competition for Jim Atkinson. He has represented Scotland 14 times at age group level up to u19. Robbie is son of Scott Y Thomson whose penalty shoot out save v Celtic clinched the 1994 League Cup Final for Raith and played when they were 1-0 up away in the UEFA Cup to F.C. Bayern in 1995.

Kidd transferred to QoS in June 2014 and enjoyed a decent season developing and growing his contribution. Normally playing in central or right midfield, he sometimes slots in at right back.
Jim McIntyre’s first QoS signing with whom he had won the 2011 Scottish First Division with Dunfermline. 2014/15 player of the year in many supporters groups. Typically a centre back but has also played adeptly for Queens at right back. Dowie has 8 caps for Scotland u21s.
Centre back announced as signed by James Fowler on 17 June 2015. Fowler played for Cowdenbeath on loan from January 18th to 25 March in 2014 with Brownlie in the team with him.
Made Club Captain by Allan Johnston in Summer 2012. Left footed, the Centre Back has also played at Left Back if needed. Joined Queens in July 2011 immediately after winning the First Division title with Dunfermline. A dependable leader as well as a fine player, he is the first ever QoS Captain to win a senior double of league and cup.
Announced on 21 August 2015 as signed for QoS on a season long loan from Hibs. At Hibs he is best known for inspiring Hibs come back from 3-0 down to win 4-3 in the 2013 Scottish Cup semi final against Falkirk. Harris is the great, great nephew of former Hibs & Everton great, Jimmy Dunn. Dunn was part of the Wembley Wizards team alongside Hughie Gallacher.
Celtic youth team product who played on loan from the Parkhead outfit in 2009 with Újpest FC in Hungary. The central midfielder impressed playing with Falkirk against Queens. Announced as signed for Queens on 8 January 2015 from Peterhead. Skilful on the ball and combative in the tackle. Millar has represented Scotland at u19 three times & once at u21.
Much travelled forward rejoined QoS in August 2012. Something of a Palmerston trophy magnet, he was previously at Queens for 4 years including the 2002 Division Two Championship and Challenge Cup wins. Lyle scored the second goal in that Challenge Cup Final. Over 100 QoS 1st team appearances in that 1st spell. Returned after 6 years away for the 2012/13 league and cup double season making Lyle the 1st ever player to play in 4 senior trophy winning teams for Queen of the South. A fitness fanatic who supplements his football exercise with regular additional training in a boxing gym.
A left sided player loaned from Celtic in the first half of 2010/11. Conroy featured in the Scotland under 19 squad who were runners up to Spain in the 2006 European Championship. Scored on his debut in the loan period against Ross County. Conroy was announced on 28 May 2015 as re-signed. Manager James Fowler cited Conroy`s versatility and the quality of his performances against QoS for Raith in the season leading up to his rejoining Queens. Dangerous with free kicks as he showed scoring on his return competitive debut in the Challenge Cup v Stranraer on 25 July 2015.
Dumfries born, Annan raised. Russell contributes a threat to goal from either wide left or through the middle. Announced as having joined on 21 May 2013. Russell’s grandfather is ex Scotland inside forward, Ian McMillan. McMillan was part of Scotland’s ill fated 1954 World Cup squad. Like Jimmy Binning and George Hamilton, McMillan wasn’t selected to play in Switzerland.
Young left back announced on 17 June 2015 as signed by James Fowler who Rutherford impressed playing the season before for Livingston.
South African born Kyle was part of football history described by UEFA as, "almost certainly a European and world first". On 27 April 2010 he played as one of four brothers in the same team (alongside his fellow triplets Sheldon and Devon plus eldest brother Keaghan in a 2-0 win for Livi v Albion Rovers). Kyle joined James Fowler on the playing staff for half a season at Killie from August 2013. Jacobs scored the only goal, a 78th minute penalty, against QoS to keep Livi up on the last day of the regular 2014/15 league season. Jacobs was announced by James Fowler on 29 June 2015 as being signed by QoS for his versatility.
Moved to Scotland as a 5 year old and later attended Larbert High School. Described by coaching staff at Hearts as, ’Diligent, conscientious, can see a pass, gets forward’. Signed by James Fowler after impressing as a trialist in a closed door friendly v Clyde on 4 July 2015. Tapping has 3 Scotland u19 caps & 1 at u21 from a 1-1 draw in Greece.
6 foot 2 central or right sided midfielder who played in the extra time League Cup Final win for Rangers against Celtic in 2011. Hutton has Champions League experience with Rangers. He has seven u19 caps for Scotland & one at u21 from a 3-1 win against Northern Ireland in 2010. Announced as having signed for QoS on 13 August 2015.
Newcastle lad Jake joined the QoS youth set up in the summer of 2013 from the academy at Sunderland AFC. After making good progress over the following 18 months he was promoted to the the senior squad in November 2014, making his debut as a late substitute against Brora Rangers in the Scottish Cup.

Agile reflex keeper with good distribution. QoS youth team product who has been the regular second choice keeper since January 2012. Made his first team debut as a late substitute in the final match of the 2012-13 season away to Albion Rovers. Coped well when given starts as understudy to Zander Clark.
Former Dundee United youngster loaned 4 times to Forfar before transfering between the two clubs. Announced as signed by Fowler for Queens on 29 June 2015. A play linking forward who can also score when a chance arises.

An attacking left back product of the Carlisle United Academy announced by James Fowler on 29 June 2015 as having signed after being involved with Queens in the latter part of the previous season.
Scored as a 17 year old as a late sub against Rangers at Ibrox on 10 March 2015.
Young Cumbrian defender picked up from Carlisle United.
James Fowler played for Killie from 1997 to 2014 from which he holds the record 402 appearances from any player in the now defunct SPL. He made 460 Killie appearances in all. He was a team mate there of future QoS Managers, Gus McPherson & Jim McIntyre. He also had a 2 month spell on loan at Cowdenbeath in early 2014. He collected three u21 & one 'B' international caps. Fowler captained Killie in the 2012 League Cup Final 1-0 win against Celtic.
Fowler joined QoS as Player / Coach to McIntyre in Summer 2014. After McIntyre's departure and three games as caretaker Fowler was appointed Manager on 30 September 2014. In that first season he took Queens to a play off spot racking up wins against Hibs and Rangers en route & eliminating holders St Johnstone from the Scottish Cup. He is still signed as a player to give extra cover but rarely pulls on his boots to play.
Signed on transfer deadline day on 1 September 2015 from Hearts. He scored for Scotland u19s in a 4-2 home win against Switzerland. Oliver is the nephew of Jim Duffy, known in Scottish football as playing for and managing the likes of Dundee & Morton.
Skelton is a former Carlisle United youth trainee. He dropped down to play in England's Northern Premier League with Gretna. He was then with Gretna for 7 years in their meteoric rise and fall after joining the Scottish League. Skelton next spent two years at Killie where he played beside James Fowler. To gain coaching experience he coached the Stirling University team in his spare time while at Killie. He recently managed Workington Reds for a single season taking them to the 2014/15 play offs. He joined QoS as Coach to Fowler in Summer 2015. Like Fowler he is also signed as a player to provide some extra cover.
Young striker who impressed in Motherwell`s Development squad in 2014/15. Announced as signed on 17 June 2015 by manager James Fowler for the player`s pace and eye for goal.
Experienced Irishman of many clubs with many seasons played in England. He scored for Doncaster Rovers in their 3-2 win over Bristol Rovers in the 2007 Football League Trophy Final at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium. Heffernan moved to Scotland in 2011 initially with Kilmarnock. Heffernan played alongside James Fowler in Killie’s 2012 League Cup Final win against Celtic. Announced on 13 August 2015 as having joined Queens.
Former Airdrie forward on loan to QoS from Huddersfield Town until January 2016. Signed on 1st September 2015 transfer window deadline day.
