Supporters Update

Following yesterday’s announcement by the Scottish Government regarding live events and the limiting of crowds we can now confirm our plans for the forthcoming home games against Hamilton Accies on the 2nd of January and Kilmarnock on the 8th.

With only 500 spectators allowed into the matches our season ticket holders over the age of 13 will be given priority. Season ticket holders who wish to attend should register their interest by applying for a ticket via an online ballot.

Due to health and safety we are unable to consider any Junior Blues under the age of 13 unless they are part of a family group and attending with an adult.

The ballot for the Hamilton game will open shortly and will run until the 27th Dec. Should we not have a full uptake by season ticket holders there will be a brief window of opportunity for a general sale of tickets to non-season ticket holders on the 28th and 29th of Dec. For operational reasons the general sale of tickets will be online only and will be available to home fans only.

For those successful in the ballot or in the purchase of tickets – confirmation will be emailed to you on or after the 30th of December.

The Kilmarnock ballot for season ticket holders over the age of 13 will begin after the Hamilton game on the 2nd and will run until the 5th with general sale on the 5 & 6th and tickets allocated on the 7th of January.

Again, for operational reasons we will be locating supporters in sections 1 – 5 of the BDS Stand and will open the Oakbank Terrace. For these matches the Alpha Solway stand will not be open to supporters.

Due to the quick turn-around, we will not be able to allocate specific seats within the BDS stand and therefore seating will be on a first come, first served basis.

In the interest of the safety of all those attending, social distancing will be reintroduced, and we ask supporters to check they are clear of Covid by taking a lateral flow test on the day of the game. It is still compulsory for people to wear masks while in indoor areas, this includes the food kiosk areas and toilets within Palmerston. Although it is not mandatory for people to wear masks outdoors, it is expected and encouraged that anyone inside the ground do so.

We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times.
