Our appeal for donations of non perishable food items, pet food and toiletries in aid of the local food bank, The First Base Agency ends this weekend.

Supporters are being urged to bring along donations to our collection point within the Queen of the South Arena today and ahead of our game against Partick Thistle tomorrow with all donations being passed on the the Dumfries based charity to distribute to those in need.

Suggested items to donate are; tinned soup, tinned vegetables, tinned meats and fish, pastas, rice, noddles, custard, jam, long life milk and cereals.  Non food items are also required like nappies, shower gel and other toiletries.
