The Week Ahead

Our Breakfast Club kicks off this week's events tomorrow morning <Mon> and will continue throughout the week.

Our school programme takes us to Shawhead Primary on Monday morning and Lockerbie in the afternoon. 

Walking Football also continues at the Arena on Monday morning for the over 55s.

On Tuesday, the Community team take our Why Try programme to Maxwelltown High School in the afternoon.  While in the evening, the youth teams will be in for their training sessions.

On Wednesday, we head to Nethermill school for a couple of hours in the morning and then move over the Dumfries Academy with Why Try in the afternoon.  The Wednesday afternoon clubs for pre and primary school children take place at the Arena.

In the evening the Under 20s have a home game in the third round of the Challenge Cup against Bonnyton Thistle.  The game at Palmerston kicks off at 7.30pm.
 
On Thursday, the school programme continues at Heathhall Primary and on Friday we head to Hottsbridge between 10 am and 12 noon and then at Dumfries High School with Why Try. 

We will find out who will have their name on the front of our strip next season, when the annual shirt draw takes place at half past 7 on Thursday evening.  It's not too late to enter and remember its a special year for the club as we celebrate our 100th birthday.

The Girls Club takes place at the Arena on Friday afternoon.

On Saturday, the first team have their final game of the season away at Brechin City.  

And on Sunday, Stephen Dobbie is on the short-list for the PFA Championship Player of the Year.  The winner will be announced at a dinner in Glasgow.  The striker is up against St Mirren pair, Lewis Morgan and Cammy Smith along with Livingston's Craig Halkett.
