Fitness Classes coming May 1, 2018!

Classes will be run from May to October and will be held mainly outdoors (weather dependant). Everyone is welcome and no equipment is needed.

Bootcamp - primarily focuses on weight loss using functional movements at every level for improved fat-burning and increased fitness.  

Circuits - primarily focuses on improving overall fitness using a mixture of cardiovascular exercise and muscular endurance to increase fitness levels, lose weight and build strength.
