Open Training Pictures

As Hurricane Ophelia passed through the region several people braved the elements to attend the club's Soccer Camp and Open Training session.

With eight of the first team players playing for the U20s against Ayr to gain match fitness in the evening, the remaining squad members were put through their paces in an intense training session at Palmerston. To give you an idea of just how hard they were working, defenders Darren Brownlie and Jason Kerr covered 6.7 kilometers during the session.

To give supporters the opportunity to see some of what the guys do during the week, training was opened up to the public and we're pleased to say a few familiar faces along with kids came along to watch.
While the first team squad were training, Dan Armstrong and some of the Under 20 squad were working with around 40 children at the Arena as part of the week long Soccer Camp.

And at lunchtime, the Soccer Camp kids and those attending the Open Training were treated to some time on the park with their favourites where they spent around 40 minutes signing autographs and having photos taken.

An enjoyable morning for the Staff and Players and I'm sure by all those attending.
