Another of our u20's centre backs has today gone out on Development Loan to the Lowland League. 16 year old Jake Thompson, from Northumberland, has joined Dalbeattie Star on loan to January 1st. Again the move will allow him to feature for Dalbeattie on Saturdays whilst continuing to be available for our u20's for midweek Development League fixtures.

The u20's beat Airdrieonians 3-1 at Ravenscraig last night in their latest Development League West fixture. The youngsters performed well and took the lead through Ross Fergusson before being pegged back at 1-1. However Owen Moxon restored the lead within a minute before Ryan Nelson's goal shortly afterwards put the result beyond doubt. The same two sides will meet at Palmerston a week on Sunday in the Scottish Youth Cup.
