With both clubs being out of the Petrofac Training Cup, Queen of the South and Morton have agreed to bring forward the league fixture at Palmerston scheduled for Boxing Day and instead play it on Saturday October 10th. This is the scheduled date for the Petrofac Training Cup quarter finals. It is two days after Scotland play Poland at Hampden and the day before Scotland play Gibraltar away.
