We are now in a position to confirm arrangements for our forthcoming away match at Tynecastle on Saturday 28th March.
On this occasion ALL tickets for the Queen of the South section will be on sale from Palmerston. It is unlikely that there will be a cash gate at the ground on the day. That will only happen if significant numbers of unsold tickets are returned to Tynecastle before the day of the game. Queens supporters will therefore need to purchase their tickets in advance to be sure of getting a ticket. We have an allocation of about 700 tickets in Section M which is more than we took to the previous game there. With that in mind there will be no ticket rationing for this game and tickets will be available on a first come, first served, basis with no limits to purchases.
Pricing is as follows:
Roseburn Upper – Adults £23, Over 65's & Students £16, Under 18's £14 and Under 12's £5.
Roseburn Lower – Adults £17, Over 65's & Students £12, Under 18's £10 and Under 12's £5
Please note that the Roseburn Lower tickets represent the lowest 7 rows of the Stand down to pitchside level and there are just under 200 of these available.
We are conscious that on our last visit to Tynecastle stewards on the day operated a “sit where you want” policy on entry. Following complaints from several supporters we discussed this with officials at Hearts who apologised that this had happened and have assured us that designated seating WILL be enforced at our forthcoming game. Supporters should bear this in mind when deciding which section to buy for and what groups to buy together.
Sales arrangements for the tickets are as follows:
Personal Callers
In order to save supporters making a separate journey to Palmerston to purchase tickets for this fixture, we will on this occasion be selling the tickets from the main Club Admin Office on Saturday 14th March from 12 noon until close of business before and after the home match against Raith Rovers.
Tickets will also be available from the Club Office through the week during normal office opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm except Wednesday when the office is closed).
Online Sales
Tickets will be available to order online from Saturday also up to lunchtime on Tuesday 24th March. All tickets ordered online will be posted out using Royal Mail Special Delivery at an additional charge of £6.50 per order. Tickets cannot be ordered online and then collected in person.
Disabled Supporters
There are a limited number of wheelchair and carer pairs available at a cost of £10 for the pair. As per previous ticketed matches, allocation of these will be via the QoS Disabled Supporter's Association and if you wish to apply for a wheelchair space you should contact them directly on [email protected]
No concessions are available to ambulant disabled supporters. However, the first 10 to apply who are in receipt of higher rate Disability Living Allowance will be entitled to an additional carer's ticket free of charge.
