This Saturday, 8th February, Falkirk are at Palmerston to replay the match abandoned in the high winds on December 14th. Please remember this match is on as it is not on the fixture cards. Both clubs are in a better position in the league than they were back in December and it is likely a bigger crowd will be along for this game so with that in mind we would like to confirm the following arrangements for the match.
Season Ticket Holders
Season ticket holders can gain access to the game directly at the turnstile by using "Cup Voucher 3" from the back of your season ticket books. You should all still have this voucher in your books. Voucher No 1 was used for the Hearts League Cup tie and Voucher No 2 was used for the Ramsdens Cup tie against Rangers but Vouchers 3 and 4 have not been used for anything and should be in your books still.
For avoidance of doubt, the original fixture was Match No 8. Match 8 vouchers are NOT valid on Saturday. If you happen to have missed the first attempt to play the game and still have the Match 8 voucher in your book please do not use it. All seson ticket holders should use Cup Voucher 3 regardless of whether or not they attended the previous game.
Abandoned Match Voucher Holders
If you attended the abandoned match in December and are not a season ticket holder you should have in your possession a red "Abandoned Match" Voucher. These were given out on the day to those who did not leave the ground immediately and have been provided since to those who returned valid match tickets in the weeks since. If you have a red Abandoned Match voucher you should take it directly to your chosen turnstile to gain entry on Saturday. You DO NOT need to swap it for a match ticket. You will be admitted directly with the red voucher.
If you attended the match in December and have not yet claimed an abandoned match voucher please make every effort to do so by swapping the match ticket you were issued with on the day at the Club Office before Saturday. You will also be able to do this at the Club Office on Saturday but please allow sufficient time to do so. The Club Office is busy with many other things on a match day. You will NOT be allowed direct entry to the ground using a match ticket already used previously. The turnstile attendants will have no means of checking it.
People Who Did Not Attend in December
Supporters of either club who did not attend the game in December and are not season ticket holders will be required to buy a match ticket for this game on the usual basis from one of the Ticket Offices before the game. The usual League pricing applies for people in this position (Adults £16, Concessions £9, Under 16`s £5, Disabled Free of Charge with Proof of Entitlement).
We look forward to seeing supporters of both clubs on Saturday.
