The Board of directors are aware of the problems that arose around delayed entry to today`s match against Annan Athletic. Although we had a full compliment of ticket selling staff and the crowd was not particularly large, a high number of late arrivals meant that the ticket offices struggled to cope in the 10 - 15 minutes before kick off.

We will look at the way we operate the ticket sales before next weekend but as a strarting point we will certainly be looking to do the following:

• We will make tickets available for sale in advance through the week, at least by Thursday before home games.
• We will arrange for tickets to be available to buy online in the week ahead of home games with a separate collection point away from the ticket offices.
• We will add to the matchday ticket sales staff to try to process sales more quickly.
• We will be contacting Dundee FC through the week to publicise the need for their fans to arrive as early as possible next weekend and encourage them also to book their tickets in advance if possible.

We will continue to review the ticket sales and entry process and make changes as necessary to improve the system. Hopefully this will show some immediate improvements.
