Queen of the South have today completed the signing on loan for the rest of the season of 22 year old forward Bob McHugh from Motherwell. McHugh has been with Motherwell for his whole career and made his first team debut for them at just 16 years old. He has so far played over 60 first team games for the club, though the vast majority have been as a substitute. He has also represented Scotland at u19 and u17 levels and signed a new two year contract for the `Steelmen` at the end of last season.
The club have also finalised a new loan for the rest of the season of goalkeeper Zander Clark from St Johnstone. Zander`s original emergency loan agreement expired after the Alloa game at the weekend but all parties were keen to extend the arrangement and a half season loan has now been formally agreed.
