After the friendly match at Broadwood this afternoon James Fowler completed another part of next season's jigsaw when 22 year old Callum Tapping put pen to paper on a one year contract. Callum was with Brechin City last season but missed most of the season due to injury. He was previously with Hearts and Tottenham Hotspur and had been keen on a return to full time football though Brechin had offered him a new contract. He was also registered to both Celtic and Hamilton Academical as a youth.
Callum played a central midfield holding role in the second half of today's friendly against Clyde and showed up well. He will travel with the squad to La Manga tomorrow.
