McLaughlan to Montrose for 4 months loan
Young defender Gerry McLaughlan is being farmed out on loan to Montrose until the end of December.
Said manager, Gordon Chisholm this afternoon, "Gerry's progressing nicely but what he needs is regular football every Saturday. A couple of other clubs had been tracking him but Gerry himself opted for Montrose. But he's still a Queens' player and will be training with us during the week at Glasgow Green."
"I'm still convinced the lad's a bright prospect for the future and will benefit from playing week in week out with Montrose. Come the end of the year we'll review the situation".
